Industrial Pallet Racking

Industrial pallet racking is used in warehouses, production halls, and logistics spaces for storing palletized goods handled by forklifts. The system is modular: choose the height and capacity per level, then mount the modules side by side in rows.

How to choose pallet racks

• Height (300–600 cm), based on the hall height and the forklift lifting height.
• Capacity per level: 1,400, 2,300, 2,800, or 3,500 kg, based on the weight of the pallets on one level.
• Upright finish: galvanized or navy blue.
• Number of modules: each module includes one single upright, so for each row, you add 1 final upright of the same height.

Available models

All modules have a depth of 110 cm and a length of 270 cm (+10 cm upright).

Expanding and completing the system

• Final upright (end frame): one per row, of the same height as the racks; delivered assembled.
• Set of beams for an additional level: 2 beams of 270 cm, with the same capacity per level as the rack.
• Pallet support (110 cm): usually two per pallet; also supports OSB, chipboard, or plywood panels.
• Upright protectors L-type and U-type: 4 mm steel, 40 cm height, against forklift or pallet jack impacts; sold only together with the racks.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need a final upright?

Two adjacent modules share the same frame, and the last module in a row needs a closing frame. Example: for a row of 5 modules with a height of 400 cm, order 5 racks of 400 cm and 1 final upright of 400 cm. If you omit it from the order, we will contact you and, with your consent, add it before invoicing.

Do you provide installation?

We do not offer installation. The racks can be assembled by your staff or a specialized company; upon request, we can refer you to independent installers.

What are the delivery times?

We deliver only in Romania. In-stock products arrive in 24–48 hours in Bucharest and Ilfov, and in 2–5 working days in the rest of the country. You can also pick them up on the same day from our showroom and warehouse in Doraly Commercial Park, Șos. București–Urziceni no. 14A, Afumați, Ilfov (Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00).
