📦 Product warranty
The legal warranty is provided by Frameworks SRL in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 and Ordinance no. 21/1992. Details are included in the warranty certificate delivered with the product.
The warranty begins on the date of purchase, according to the original fiscal receipt, and is valid only based on it.
The customer is responsible for proper handling, transport, storage, and usage. Any defect caused by failure to follow instructions shall be borne by the customer.
Products damaged as a result of accidents, modifications, or misuse are not covered by the warranty.
The commercial warranty may differ from the legal one, depending on the product. Details are specified in the warranty certificate.
Legal entities benefit from a 12-month commercial warranty. No warranty is provided for products used intensively (e.g., in restaurants, bars, swimming pools, etc.), for resale to end consumers, or for rental.
